A biennial or sometimes perennial plant of disturbed or drier calcareous ground, with spikes of small green-white flowers. Perfect for green roofs, sunny gardens and rockeries and will persist as long as there is clear ground for it to seed into.

Important nectar source for solitary yellow faced bees and great for honey bees too.
