Shipping policy

Our courier service is a 24-hour service from the time of dispatch. This covers the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. Where shipping to UK Highland and Islands, an additional time and charge may apply. This does not account for any delay for unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control. Our courier will deliver the parcel to the address provided, or to the ‘safe place’ you have specified. Please ensure the address you have supplied is accurate and if possible, include a phone number, as they may help the courier if there are any difficulties. Our courier will not leave parcels in a safe place unless you have updated your tracking information giving them permission to do so.

 Courier Service charges (All carriages include 20% VAT):

• Orders of seed packets <100g will be £3.99
• Plant orders for packages <5kg will be £13.75
• Plant orders for packages between 5kg and 10kg will be £15.99
• Plant orders for packages between 10kg and 15kg will be £19.99
• Plant orders for packages between 15kg and 20kg will be £24.99

We cannot ship trees over 1m tall. Where your order includes large numbers of trees or is over 20kg, we reserve the right to add an additional charge to cover increased shipping costs.
