Refund policy

Plugs, bare-rooted plants, pots and bulbs are deemed as perishable items and a refund will not usually be granted and it will be at the discretion of Celtic Wildflowers Ltd whether a refund will be permitted.

Regarding seed, there will be a 14-calendar day window in which the seed can be returned. The seed must be unused and the packet must be unopened. The seed will need to be returned in the same condition it left us at the customer’s expense, in the original packing.

Placing an order with us constitutes a full acceptance of our Terms and Conditions by the customer.

The customer will pay for the shipping costs and these are non-refundable. We are not held responsible for these returns being lost in the post. Returns must be unused and in the same condition that it left us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
