A mat forming perennial herb of deciduous woodland, shaded banks and damp soils.
Great for providing ground cover in shady areas It produces masses of white, star-like scented flowers. A real eye-catching plant for those shady areas.
It is sought after by pollinators, as it is a great nectar source.
